- A student is counted if they are detected by our software browsing your website. For example, let's assume you have 300 students in your school and you install our software. Over the next 3 months, 75 of those students access your course. Your student count would be 75 as only 75 students have accessed your content since installing our software.
- How often do you bill?
- Our software is billed monthly. You can access your billing, including receipts and card information, at anytime in your dashboard. We don't currently offer yearly plans or discounts but you are welcome to contact us to discuss your needs.
- Do you have fixed contracts? When can I cancel?
- You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no penalty or termination fees.
